Denise Richards has accused her estranged husband Aaron Phypers of domestic violence throughout their marriage. She was granted a temporary restraining order days after Phypers filed for divorce.

The actor and reality TV star said in the request for the restraining order that Phypers “repeatedly abused me during the marriage” and “threatened to kill me and himself and the police.”
