Police have identified the person killed in a late-afternoon crash that touched off a chain reaction and shut eastbound Interstate 40 near the Big I for hours on Friday.

Donny Kim was hit by a woman on an e-scooter and knocked to the ground, hitting his head. Two days later he was dead.
