Court filings revealed that President Trump is seeking to end the New York toll program within weeks. Legal experts say the deadline is not enforceable.

The Trump administration moved to revoke federal approval for the congestion pricing toll program on Wednesday, following through on his pledge that he’d seek to kill the toll which affects most motorists entering Manhattan below 60th Street.

New York became the first city in the U.S. to implement congestion pricing, with funds s set to fund much-needed repairs to the MTA.
