Beautiful sculpture gardens with interesting sculptures, beautiful grounds and an indoor Picasso exhibit (largest privately owned collection of Picassos). If you like art it is a must see.Full review by flo220

As far as I was concerned the Picasso pavilion was the least of the Hakone Open-air Museum. If you've seen the Picasso's in Paris or Madrid or... then you will miss little here. The …

As far as I was concerned the Picasso pavilion was the least of the Hakone Open-air Museum. If you've seen the Picasso's in Paris or Madrid or... then you will miss little here. The grounds and the outdoor sculptures are well worth a visit. So I would say go and enjoy.
