A previous answer is correct, there is an Enterprise location on De Monte Avenue and they will pick you up at Old Fisherman's Wharf where your cruise tender will take you. A better choice for the 17 Mile Drive is to contact Big Sur Adventures to either rent two electric bikes and do the tour on your own or take one of their guided tours on the 17 Mile Drive. You get to see a more close up view of the Drive which is worth it. Bon Voyage
