"Every time I've gotten a mow (all summer bi-weekly) the mowers skip my front lawn, patchy cut job and grass along the sidewalks. I've even had to contact customer service about this issue for EVERY mow... I've been using them since April due to having a neck injury that doesn't allow me to cut my own grass anymore. Not everyone is able-bodied to cut their own grass and for EVERY time to be incomplete and uneven is ridiculous! And at $52 a mow?? I thought this was a professional service... Kwesi the mower had the worst attitude of any professional I've ever dealt with. Had to show him what parts are grass and what parts are flowers... I've asked for a refund for at least 1 or 2 of the mows out of many and customer service "closes the ticket as completed". Don't get your services from them unless you want to be disappointed. I had to hire another company to fix THEIR MISTAKES! So friends beware."
