"If I could give zero stars I would. The girl working on April 2 at 10:30 was incredibly rude and unwelcoming . I thought it was a joke. I think it must be in their training to be rude to all their customers. This has not been the first time. This has happened at this location and they openly roll their eyes at you. by the way to apply to work here it's just your Instagram profile, so what does that say about the workers?"

"Received item in terrible shape- sad QA would allow this to be shipped. Pant leg cuff had a hole, and the stitching coming undone there, and the other leg cuff- furthermore, the waist threads everywhere, the fabric had fuzz balls all over it, as if someone wore it several times, washed it, and then into the dryer. I call to report this, ultimately leading to being called a liar, then hung up on. I then requested stop raising his voice at me several times, the last his response " what's so wrong with me raising my voice at you?" I was blown away. BBB now is investigating, and corporate. Extremely disappointed. No suitable resolution at all. Based on the above, and along with being spoken to this way, tells me they foster a hostile work environment. They allow supervisors an reps to speak to their customers this way without repercussions. No call back from Corp telling otherwise. Until this is resolved, I will continue to share my experience, pics of the item, screenshots of the call, with ever platform and person I can, to save them from the treatment I endured."
